Currently we have over 100 children from newborn to junior high School. Children are an important part of our church and we strive to involve them, provide for them, and integrate them as best we can into all our activities.
During certain times of the year (about 9 weeks in the fall and a similar time beginning in January) children who are age 4 through 2nd grade may participate in Young Children and Worship during the worship hour. This is not a traditional children's church, but rather a Montessori-based, hands-on time for children to hear Bible stories and worship God in their own way. When Young Children and Worship is not in session, children are incorporated into the regular worship time with children's stories, songs, bulletins, and so on.
